Had great care as usual when I spoke with Sue in Reception and Susan who deals with repeat prescriptions earlier today. I had a complicated enquiry but this was dealt with quickly and in a helpful friendly manner by both of these kind and patient ladies. I don't think it's fair when I read negative reviews about this wonderful practice when all things considered most of the time they offer an excellent service. I used to live in East Finchley and the surgeries there are nothing compared to this one. I think Amanda Reilly the Manager is doing a sterling job organising such a large Practice. OK it can be difficult to get an appointment sometimes but isn't this because it is so popular and usually offers great care? Thank you and kindest regards Kathy Sadler.

Called to discuss a few issues with specimen handed at reception which appears to have gone missing as Doctor never received it and receptionists were very unhelpful and brusque. Very annoying as had to rush in from work in the evening to provide the sample.

Had excellent care this afternoon from both Nicky and Dr.Diatz via telephone. I had some questions/quiries about a prescription and this was answered promptly and professionally by both Nicky in Reception and Dr.Diatz who was Duty Doctor today. This was despite it being very busy and short-notice but both were extremely helpful. I have always found this Practice to be excellent and am always confident with the care I receive from both Reception and Doctors alike. Well done Amanda Riley who does a great job running such an extensive and challenging Practice. Many thanks to you all. Kindest Regards Kathy Sadler.

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment either on the date or for a future date. I have rung on three consecutive days and each time there have been 40 in the queue and when I get to the front of the queue all the appointments are gone. The staff are extremely unhelpful and refused to put me through to the practice manager. This practice cannot continue to take on new patients when they clearly don't have the capacity to deal with the existing patients.

Service is fine if you can access it. Impossible to get an appointment. Waiting room is dirty.
